Conversion rates for the direct mail campaign ran in the 6-10% range, based on the target segment. This compared with 2-6% response on direct mail alone.

Because of the nature of fully underwritten term insurance, it is often a harder product to sell. In one campaign, the product required a Para-Med exam. The GCS CRM system worked well for the case management of the campaign and the client was pleased with the conversion rate in the 3-5% range.
