Outsourcing Veteran Named VP for NC Company
David “Doc” Stephens of Hilltop Lakes, TX, has been named vice president of sales at Global Contact Services (GCS), a US-based provider of outsourced business services including integrated customer service, tech support and other back office services. Stephens will develop new client relationships and bring GCS support to new clients and markets.
Stephens brings with him to GCS over 15 years of outsourcing experience, working with many Fortune 2000 companies whose operations span three different continents. He has been responsible for securing large BPO and CRM clients in the technology, financial services, health care and telecommunications industries. His experience from placing many types of programs in facilities around the world brings a wealth of knowledge and ideas that will benefit GCS customers.
